In the infant room the fridge was 50 degrees F and the freezer was 14 degrees F. In the Kitchen the fridge was 50 degrees F and 14 degree F for the freezer. The fridge in the staff room was 46 degrees F and the freezer was 12 degrees F.
In the toddler room the childrens coats were touching.
A child in the toddler rooms did not wash hands after their diaper was changed.
The teacher in the toddler room did not wash their hands after changing a child's diaper.
In the 2's room there was a baggie of veggie straws not dated. The kitchen had a baggie of veggie straws not dated.
The toddler room had a mop in the bathroom. In the 4's bathrooms there was no toilet paper in one, and the other had toilet paper on the back of the toilet.
Hazardous items and items labeled Keep out of Reach of Children were found accessible to children in the following areas: Toddler room had an unlocked cabinet with petroleum jelly, Desitin, Aquaphor, Butt paste diaper cream and a purse on the back of the toilet in the bathroom. The 2/3's room had a bucket containing several containers of sunscreen, aquaphor, and diaper rash ointment in an unlocked cabinet. The 4's room had peroxide wipes in an unlocked cabinet.
