Toddler/Two’s: Bookshelf is wobbly and not safe. Gym: extension cord on the ground on the left-hand side by restrooms. Hallway leading to the outside play are is currently used as storage and is not safe.

A provider shall provide for a safe environment by ensuring that no conditions exist in or on the grounds of the facility where a provider operates a child care program that would endanger the health, safety, or welfare of the children, including ensuring that the following items are placed in areas that are inaccessible to children in the providers care: Poisons, chemicals, and cleaning materials
The provider shall make available daily activities appropriate to the age, developmental needs, interests, and number of children in the care of the provider; Both active and quiet play. The provider may include the use of safe, age-appropriate toys, games, and equipment for indoor and outdoor play.
