Consultant observed caregiver in toddler classroom kicking the backside of a toddler chair that had toddler in it causing toddlers head to fall back with each kick. Chair was kicked 3 times.

At time of visit, Laundry room door was unlocked. Children potentially have access to various cleaners, paints, and other items unsafe for children. Closet in older twos room contained rodent traps, and sealant tubes along with water heater.

All restrooms contained a plunger or toilet brush cleaner. Toddler restroom had chairs and toys stored in restroom. Infant restroom had toys being stored.
