Marissa stated this happened on a day staff illness was an issue and they were short staffed and supervision was not met at times.
At the time of inpsection there was a potty chair in the bathroom of room 201.
At the time of inspection hazardous items or items labeled Keep out of reach of children were found accessible to children in the following areas: Cafeteria had a bottle of handsanitizer and a spray bottle of cleaner on a table. Room 201 had a caregiver bag on the floor with a bottle of Excederin visible in the open pocket of the bag. There was 2 bottles of handsanitizer on the desk.
At the time of inspection there was not two (2) qualified adults on site.
Room 202 had a bag of cereal in the cabinet that was not sealed or dated.
At the time of consultants arrival, the 13 children ages 3-5 in the cafeteria were not being supervised by a caregiver.

At the time of inspection the teacher (MC) stated to the consultants that aftercare is taking place in the gym on a daily basis and witnessed by consultants.
