Hazardous items and items labeled keep out of reach of children were found accessible to children in the following areas: Infant room had aquaphor in an unlocked cabinet under the changing table. In the PS room there was handsanitizer, vaseline, airwick spray, adult scissors in a low drawer and the car carpet is not firmly secured to the floor. The SA room has a blue carpet not firmly secured to the floor.
