For every group, there shall always be one staff who meets the qualifications of a lead caregiver or caregiver 2 year old classroom does not have a qualified Caregiver.<br/> <br/> On April 8, 2025 was notified by Admin Assistant that a Caregiver qualified staff will be reassigned to the classroom.<br/>
All caregivers meet qualifications Ratio:<br/> <br/> Classroom: Infant six weeks to 12 months 5 enrolled 3 present- 2 Caregivers and 1 Aide; today one caregiver was out. youngest child was 6 months<br/> Classroom: Toddler 1-2 year old 14 enrolled and 10 present 1 Caregiver LCQ and 2 aides: youngest child was 15 months<br/> <br/> Classroom: 2 year old 14 enrolled and 11 present 1 caregiver(not qualified) and 1 aide youngest child was 2 years. Has recently made a changes to the staff and a new staff is qualified will be put into the room to satisfy ratios.<br/> <br/> Head start 1: 6 weeks to 3 years 8 enrolled and 4 present 1 Caregiver LQ and 1 aide youngest child was 8 months<br/> Head start 2: 6 weeks to 3 years 8 enrolled and 7 present 1 Caregiver DLCQ and 1 aide CQ oldest child was 2 years<br/>
Caregivers, substitutes, and volunteers must complete initial health and safety training within 45 days of hire and provide written evidence of completion Two staff members have expired health and safety requirements.<br/>
