Inspection of facility, activities, records, staff On December 30, 2025, worker scheduled an announced visit to Camp Mantou at the Four Seasons Ko Olina before and after school program. The campus is location on the Four Seasons Resort in KoOlina. The program utilizes the entire property which consist of the lobby, lagoon, pools, La Hiki restaurant and van transportation for field trips.<br/> <br/> On December 29, 2025 director emailed this worker that program did not have any scheduled guest at the time of visit and would like to reschedule. Tentative date was scheduled for January 2, 2026 however worker was unable to make that date and last day of program was January 4, 2026. Worker was not able to make another appointment as program will be closed until March 2026.<br/> <br/> Program will be put on a provisional license until from February 5, 2026 to August 28, 2026.<br/> <br/> Camp Manitou at the Four Seasons Koolina operates during the Four Seasons Koolina Resort's peak visitor seasons, typically when children are on school break, during designated periods: for two to three weeks during the Mainland-scheduled Spring break, during the summer months (June through August) and during "festive", or winter break, usually around mid-December through the second week in January. There is occasionally a program that runs during the Thanksgiving season if there a lot of children in-house. The program is only available to children of hotel guests or resort guests, from 5 years of age through under 13 years of age. The program runs daily from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday, giving staff a day off on Sundays. During the summer, an evening activity is added on Wednesdays from 5 pm to 9 pm, to go star gazing.<br/>
