Please note the following:<br/> <br/> HAR §17-892.2-35 (c) Staff training: Each caregiver, substitutes, and volunteer within forty-five days of hire shall complete their initial (Health & Safety) training.<br/> <br/> Please submit the initial Health & Safety training assessment to PATCH for XXXXX.<br/> <br/> <b>Note: Failure to complete the required training will result in the employees being excluded from providing child care until they complete the required training.</b><br/>
