Caregivers shall complete at least 16 hours of ongoing training in at least 2 of the department approved topic areas Two (2) staff have deficient on-going health and safety training. Please have the following staff complete all sixteen (16) hours of health and safety training in at least two (2) department-approved topic areas, and submit to People Attentive to Children (PATCH) for processing:<br/> <br/> XXXXX - Has 5.5 out of 16 hours in 2 topic areas. Training period expired 08/29/2025.<br/> XXXXX - Has 3 out of 16 hours in 2 topic areas. Training period expired 10/27/2025.<br/> <br/> All caregiving staff need at least 16 hours of department approved training on an ANNUAL basis in at least two topic areas and substitutes need at least 10 hours of training.<br/> <br/> <b>Note: Failure to complete the required training may result in the staff members being excluded from providing child care until they complete the required training. If you don't have enough staff due to this, this will affect your license. Please have them complete the training immediately.</b><br/>
