Roster of enrolled children The Provider stated that she stopped using the daily attendance. The Worker advised her to resume maintaining the attendance. Please provide evidence of a roster of enrolled children, and the daily attendance is being taken.<br/>

Child Care Licensing (CCL) Worker conducted an unannounced visit to inspect the home and observe children in care. The provider has 4 children in care, which was the same children as the last visit. The children were playing. Supervision was maintained during visit. Worker did not observe any hazards in the child care area or anything harmful within reach of children in care.<br/> <br/> Provider's daughter, XXXXX who is also an Family Child Care (FCC) provider in the downstairs unit, has 4 children enrolled in XXXXX FCC program.<br/> <br/> Worker informed both FCC providers that both child care operations shall remain independent and separate during all child caring hours; a child care home provider shall care for no more than 6 children at the same time, and per Honolulu City and County Codes, a non-household member can only substitute (and work) to provide child care in an emergency. Health & Safety risks are possible as well.<br/>
