There was no classroom attendance completed in the 2 and 3 year old classroom. When this counselor asked to see the attendance form, this staff member did not respond. The program director then asked for the attendance form and the staff member stated that she would look for it. This counselor observed the staff member completing the attendance at the time of this inspection. The DCF Handbook states that daily attendance records must be complete and accurate and include sign in and sign out for each child daily.. It is important that attendance be accurate in case of an emergency situation
