On November 9, 2021, OCCL received a complaint regarding Child #1 being given a food item to which he had a sensitivity. Based on the information received during the investigation this complaint is substantiated for failure to follow the center s and OCCL s food service policy. The parent brought in the food to the center, yet instructed the teacher not give it to Child #1. It was placed on Child #1 s plate in error. It is unknown if it was consumed by Child #1.
