An investigation was conducted on September 14, 2023. This complaint is substantiated because Ms. Rasin-Benn witnessed two unauthorized adults at the child care home and Parent #1 stated she remains at the child care home for about an hour each a day.
Disposition: Substantiated
The Office of Child Care Licensing received a complaint on June 27, 2023, regarding an unqualified substitute being present during child care hours. An investigation was conducted on July 26, 2023. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint because Ms. Campbell denied having anyone in the home during child care hours except her household member. A concern noted during the investigation was Ms. Campbell did not document attendance for the children in care for the day of the visit, nor did she have documented attendance for weeks prior to the visit
Disposition: No Evidence to Substantiate with Concern
