Submit a plan review and receive approval before making additions or renovations to the outdoor areas of the center. On March 20, 2026, the director of monitoring and compliance contacted this licensing specialist via email to notify OCCL of the installation of the outdoor play equipment and synthetic turf for an infant/toddler outdoor play area. A plan review was not submitted, and approval was not received prior to completing the installation.
