Several items labeled "keep out of reach of children" in classroom 4 including hand soap near the sink, sunscreen and hand sanitizer on a stand outside of the classroom and accessible to children. Correction: Items labeled "keep out of reach of children" must be kept out of reach of children. Corrected at the time of the inspection. The teachers removed the items from within reach of the children. No response is required. Correct by 08/29/2023
