The fire extinguisher had an official tag stating the last date of inspection was 10/2023. This rule was cited previously on 2/10/2017, 2/4/2019 and 3/8/2022.

A child began their day at child care by arriving with a bump on their head. The child was put down for their 8am nap crying because Kelly believed the childs favorite blanket had not been brought with the child to child care. Kelly reports the child had a short nap before she woke the child up. Upon awakening the child began crying. Kelly again attributed the crying to the child not having the favorite blanket. Transition time is now occurring as the provider assists other children with toileting, disposing of dirty diapers and getting strollers located in the garage ready for outside time. During this time frame the crying child continues crying and when in the playroom Kelly noted it got worse and Kelly now thinks the child is having a temper tantrum. Kellys made numerous attempts to assist the child by placing the child in a pack & play to calm down or placing the child in the playroom where a second child is playing. Kelly reported that this back and forth lasted for a half an hour.
