The registered FCCP shall ensure that the number of staff present meets requirements described in the chart below for ages of children, maximum group size, and staff/child ratios at any time of day.

Upon my arrival the provided stated that she was out of compliance with three (3) of the four (4) children present were under the age of two (2). Regulations state that child to staff ratio allows for two (2) children under the age of two (2) with one staff. This is a serious violation.
