In October 2025, the Child Development Division(CDD) received a report that an individual with multiple arrests was present at the childcare home while children were in care. During a discussion on November 7, 2025, Stacy acknowledged her association with this individual and confirmed that she was aware that their criminal record could prohibit them from being present. She assured this licensor that the individual had not been and would not be present during childcare hours. However, a second concern was reported in November alleging the individual's presence. On December 15, 2025, this licensor observed the individual's vehicle in the driveway and conducted a visit after they departed. The provider and assistant confirmed that the individual that just left was the individual identified in the allegation. Subsequently CDD required Stacy to submit a record check authorization form for this individual and it was determined that due to their criminal history they are prohibited from being present in a childcare program. Based on attendance and the time the individual left the home, they were present with childcare children for roughly forty-five(45) minutes. Based on information in the two reported concerns and the information gathered by this licensor, Stacy, provided false information, allowed the prohibited individual in her home while children were in care after she assured this licensor they had not and would not be present when children were in care. Stacy is aware this individual may not be present in the FCCH while children are in care and failure to do so will lead to licensing action up to and including suspension of her childcare license.
