The following was observed in the area where children are cared for. Three doors have stains and brown marks likely from where adults and children have touched while opening and closing the door. Throughout the room where children eat and enter the FCCH there was built up dirt, food crumbs and dust in the corners. The same was observed in the bathroom. Additionally the base board trim thoughout the rooms had built up dust. Based on what was observed it does not appear the floors and surfaces are being cleaned daily as required.
