All interior and exterior walls, roofs, chimneys, floors, doors, ceilings, windows, skylights, stairways, ramps and porches shall be maintained in good repair.
The rear exterior wall of the home and the white trim on the home and the overhanging roof is not in good repair. Large sections of the paint has been scraped down to the wood creating non pourous surfaces that children have access to. Although I did not observe paint chips on the ground threr are sections where paint appears loose and peeling from the surface, especially on the white trim. There is substantial rot at the base of the wall where it meets the foundation. This rot is creating jagged edges and a potential for splinters.
