On the playground, the wooden fence had four nails protruding out from the fence approximately one-half inch in length and nails were protruding from the bottom of the fence creating an impalement and scratch hazard. 2. The wooden fence had three warped boards, one of the boards had become separated at the bottom and was projecting toward the play area creating a trip hazard.
