When staff are supervising children, they shall always ensure their care, protection, and guidance.
On 04/02/25, Child #1, 16-month-old, was served and allowed to eat whole corn dog nuggets without them being cut into smaller, age-appropriate pieces. The hotdog inside of the corndog breading is considered a potential chocking hazard. Staff acknowledged Child #1's corndogs should have been halved to minimize the risk of choking.
