Evidence: During the inspection on 1/28/2022, the inspector observed 5 nails protruding from the surface of a privacy fence panel separating the outdoor areas used by the children from the private household areas of the yard. The sharp end of the nails were sticking out aproximately 1/2 inch from the fence panel on the side where children are able to access it.
