Staff #1 confirmed in a written statement and interview on December 4, 2023, that child #1 (3 years old) was knocking over stacked chairs, throwing a chair and toys across the room, and hitting the staff. Staff #1 stated she grabbed child #1 around the waist and sat child #1 down with cross legs. Child #1 was squirming around and refused to calm down and began to struggle. Staff #1 released child #1. 2. Staff #1 confirmed on written statement and interview, child #1 he was throwing shoes, kicking equipment and knocking over office chairs. Child #1 reportedly ran away from the staff . Staff #1 put child #1 in a multi child stroller and strapped into seat until a parent arrived.
