See Below for Detailed Information Observation: LC Richardson observed a toddler with a pacifier attached to her clothing by a strap. Pacifiers attached to clothing by a strap and other items around the neck are prohibited due to the potential hazard associated with choking. 1240-04-01-.13 FOOD AND FOOD SERVICE Corrective Action: The educator immediately removed the strap from the child's clothing and put it away. The owner/director was notified of the violation while LC Richardson was onsite and technical assistance was provided to the educator and the owner regarding the rule and the choking hazard associated with the attached strap.
