On 12/12/24, at time of inspection, Child #1 EpiPen observed in the Dragonflies PK Room was expired. The EpiPen contained an expiration date of 2023.

On 12/12/24, at time of renewal, Child #1 EpiPen located in the Dragonflies PK Room was not in an original container and did not contain a prescription. Child #2 medication located in the Fireflies PS Room did not contain the prescription and written medical instructions for administration of the medicine. Child #3 and Child #4 medication located in the Honeybees PS Room did not contain prescription and written medical instructions for the administration of the medicine. Child #5 EpiPen located in the Butterflies Older Toddler Room was not in the original container with prescription and did not contain written medical instructions for the administration of EpiPen.
