THE PROVIDER WILL UPDATE THE EMERGENCY PLAN TO INCLUDE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR THE INFANTS AND TODDLERS IN CARE. THE PROVIDER WILL REVIEW ALL REGULATIONS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS RELATED TO THE EMERGENCY PLAN PRIOR TO EACH UPDATE TO ENSURE THAT ALL CRITERIA ARE MET.
THE PROVIDER WILL INSPECT THE OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT PERIODICALLY TO ENSURE THAT IT IS IN GOOD CONDITION AND DOES NOT HAVE ANY PEELING PAINT.
AT THE TIME OF THE RENEWAL INSPECTION THE CERTIFICATION REPRESENTATIVE OBSERVED THAT THE REFRIGERATOR IN THE 1YO ROOM HAD A TEMPERATURE OF 48 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT ON THE THERMOMETOR INSDIE THE REFRIGERATOR.
