On 1/14/26, it was observed that the facility sustained significant water damage to the floors, walls, ceilings and other surfaces throughout the facility causing major disrepair and presenting a visible hazard rendering the children unable to receive care in the facility. On 1/14/26, Upper Darby Licenses and Inspections submitted written verification of informing the operator on 1/13/26 of all the matters that must be resolved prior to L&I approving re-occupancy of the 3rd floor space where the child care facility is located.
