In Room #4, two blue, wooden child chairs with loose screws were wobbly which posed a pinch point or fall hazard. In Room #4, the changing table with loose screws was wobbly which posed a falling and/or toppling hazard. In Room #4, The "Little Tykes" play kitchen was wobbly and unsecured posing a toppling hazard. In room #4, a child chair across from the play kitchen with loose screws was wobbly which posed a pinch point or falling hazard. In Room #1, the wooden bookcase, left of the door, the corner was chipped with splintering wood which poses a splintering hazard. In Room #1, the bookcase, left of the door, was missing two screws making the bookcase unstable which posed a toppling hazard or pinch point. In Room #1, a black plastic, shelf was wobbly posing a tipping hazard. In the middle of Room #1, at the bottom of the two shelf, wooden bookcase's veneer is lifting posing a splintering or cutting hazard. In the Preschool Room a folding bookcase on the wall across from Room #2 had missing veneer and a chipped corner posing a cutting and/or splintering hazard. In the Preschool Room, a 2 x 3 shelf next to the glass exterior door was broken posing a splintering hazard. In the Preschool Room, loose screws were observed on a blue, art, drying rack to be unstable posing a fall hazard.
