Observed 6/21/2023 The locks on the half doors in the Toddlers 2's room were defective. The lock on the half door only locks from the inside preventing exiting from the room. In the Toddlers 2's bathroom the toilet pipe cover was exposed from the wall making it accessible to children.
Observed on 6/21/2023 in the PS room the refrigerator thermometer was over 50° F. The refrigerator shall be capable of maintaining food at 45° F or below. Observed in the infant classroom there was not an operating thermometer in the refrigerator.
