At time of inspection, inspector observed lunch bags on the table of the children who were in care this day. Inspector looked inside the lunch bags and observed ice packs in a couple that had yogurt and a meal from home that looked to be chicken, noodles and a creamy sauce. None of these lunches were refrigerated.
The last documented review of the facility's emergency plan is dated 11.6.18. Provider has not sent the facility's emergency plan to the local municipality and the emergency plan was last sent to the county emergency management agency in 2006.
Provider does not provide to the parent of each enrolled child a letter explaining the emergency procedures described in subsection (a).
Inspector observed toxics (A&D ointment) on the counter to the far left next to a diaper. The toxic is accessible and is labeled keep out of reach of children.
