At the time of the inspection, there were 19 children in room 10 with 1 staff when 2 staff were required due to multiple children were awake and off their cots so they were no longer in sleep ratios.

One child is missing a second epi-pen, per their Special Care Plan, a child is missing Benadryl, per their Special Care Plan, and two child have expired epi-pens. One child has an epi-pen at the school with no box and no Special Care Plan.
