Upon inspector's request, diaper creams in room 1 were made inaccessible to children, child-proof locks were installed on the cabinet in room 1 where toxic substances were kept, hand sanitizer was made inaccessible to children in room 3 and in the hallway outside of the bathroom, and cleaning supplies were moved from the cabinet in the boys bathroom.
