Ensure the health and safety of the children at all times. A portable air conditioner unit was placed on top of 2 plastic crates that were stacked on top of each other and not secured in room 104. The center took immediate action and removed the unit from the classroom.

Fifty-two before school children were gathered in room 201 with an opportunity to eat breakfast if they chose or to sit/stand at the tables, while their coats and backpacks remained on, for staff to arrive and transition them to their private school classrooms. The children were in this room for approximately 30 minutes. Once the children were moved to their assigned classrooms, all children, in all of the classrooms, remained seated and were provided with a coloring activity for approximately 45 minutes while waiting for their private school instruction to begin.
Remove the paper placed on the windows of classroom doors in rooms 100 and 112 to ensure the monitoring system is maintained as required. Maintain these interior doors in an uncovered and unobstructed manner.
Ensure that the use of infant equipment, including swings, exersaucers and bouncers, is limited to 30 minutes at a time. In room 100 an infant was observed in a bouncy seat for over an hour.
