Ensure that adequate staff/child ratios are maintained at all times including during nap time. At the time of the inspection there was no staff member in Room 3 when 1 was required.
Ensure that children are directly supervised at all times including during nap time in Room 3. At the time of the inspection, there were no staff members in Room 3 during nap time supervising the children.

Ensure that the children are supervised directly at all times; wherein a) a named school age child was eating breakfast in Room 2 and no staff members were present, and b) a named school age child walked inside from the outdoor play are to the front classroom unsupervised. 9/7/21: c)a named staff left 7 children 2-3yrs of age alone in Room 3 while the staff answered the front door; d) a name staff left 3 children (2-3 years of age) alone in Room 3 to bring the remainder of the children in from outside; e) a named child 3 years of age ran out of Room 3 into Room 2 on several occasion without supervision; and f) a named child 3 years old was walking with a pencil in their mouth and a named staff was unaware in Room 3.
