Ensure the center's fire protective systems are operative at all times. Ensure that all illuminated exit signs and emergency lighting are operable at all times throughout the center. At the time of the inspection, the center's fire panel was in trouble mode. The center was initially placed on fire watch but no longer. The last signal read was on 4/16/26 at 11:08pm. The fire panel is still currently down due to pending panel repairs. The center shall keep OOL informed of the status of the panel regularly until it is repaired. The center was instructed to obtain daily confirmations of the read until the issue has been resolved.
Ensure that hot tap water does not exceed 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Adjust the hot water temperature in classroom and bathroom in Preschool 1.
