Ensure the center's fire protective systems are operative at all times. Ensure that all illuminated exit signs and emergency lighting are operable at all times throughout the center. At the time of the inspection, the center's fire panel was in trouble mode. The center was initially placed on fire watch but no longer. The last signal read was on 4/16/26 at 11:08pm. The fire panel is still currently down due to pending panel repairs. The center shall keep OOL informed of the status of the panel regularly until it is repaired. The center was instructed to obtain daily confirmations of the read until the issue has been resolved.
Ensure that hot tap water does not exceed 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Adjust the hot water temperature in classroom and bathroom in Preschool 1.
Provide adequate lighting as required. Ensure all fluorescent tubes and incandescent light bulbs have protective covers or shields. Replace light bulbs in Infant nap room.

Preschool 1: Health Action plan needs to be signed by the parent and a second epi-pen may be required. The center shall obtain additional documentation to confirm if a second epi-pen is required.

Ensure that children wash their hands immediately after using the toilet or having their diaper changed. At the time of the inspection, a staff member was observed changing a child's diaper and the child's hand nor the staff member washed her hands after the diaper change. The staff member then proceeded to change the diaper of another child. The center will retrain all staff on handwashing. Proof of training, materials used and staff signatures will be submitted in 30 days.
