Ensure that all outdoor equipment is sturdy, safe, free of hazards and used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Repair and/or remove all broken and/or rusted toys from the outdoor play area. The center shall ensure that all hoses are picked up and stored properly.
Conduct and document at least two lockdown drills annually. No lockdowns recorded for the calendar year.
Provide a current life/hazard use registration certificate applicable to the center's licensed capacity and ages served. Life Hazard Use certificate expired on 1/4/24.
Ensure health records are maintained on file as required including All children's Universal Health records shall be reviewed at the next inspection.
Maintain a written emergency plan in a readily accessible location that includes all required components. The last recorded fire drill was 10/2/24. The center shall conduct a fire drill within 30 days.
