Ensure that all staff complete training on the use and storage of epi pens. Ensure all staff are aware of the location of the epi pens and that they are readably available if needed.
Ensure that the center's illness log includes the date the child returned to the center.
Upload into the center's file cabinet in NJCCIS, the sponsor and all current staff cleared CHRI background checks.
Upon renewal, complete the water testing for lead and copper as required by OOL and upload into the center's file cabinet in NJCCIS the test results and the checklist and Statement of Assurance.
