Ensure that children are adequately tracked at all times and staff are aware of the number of children in their care, in classroom 7. Staff stated that 10 children are in care but 12 children were observed in the classroom.
Ensure that children are provided with opportunities to leave their high chairs to crawl, walk and play and not use to keep them from explore the space in classroom 109.

Arrange cots to provide access to an unobstructed 3-foot wide aisle that leads to an exit. Cots were moved away from exit doors in rooms 115 and 126 upon request of the inspector.

Ensure that all staff have completed training pertaining to the center's policies and procedures for tracking children and are aware of the number of children in their care at all times. At the time of inspection, staff member stated there were 5 children in room 111 when there were 6.
Based on report, ensure that adequate supervision is maintained at all times throughout the center.
Provide a barrier, in addition to the fence, for outdoor play areas exposed to vehicular traffic. 7/22/24-At the time of the inspection, children were observed in front of the building partaking in a "pony rides" activity. The area where the children were present was not blocked off with any barriers preventing vehicular traffic. The center shall provide a Memorandum of Understanding regarding this matter.
