Ensure that children's activities are set up the licensed classrooms as required throughout the center.
Ensure that all staff are re-trained on tacking with name to face policy of the center.
Based on complaint, the center needs to that the children needs are met and that children's diapers are changed as required.
Ensure that CARI background checks are completed as required for the sponsor/sponsor representative and 1 regularly scheduled staff.
Based on complaint, the center needs to ensure that food is served manner as required. A named child was given a snack with a known allergen.
Repair or replace weather stripping on bottom of back exit door in room 7.
Repair or replace handle on storage cabinet in room 7.
Repair and/or remove all broken and rusted tables and benches from the outdoor play areas.
Securely fasten bathroom equipment including covers on toilet paper dispenser in bathrooms in room 5 and room 6.

Ensure that the center's fire protective systems are operative at all times wherein the panel had a trouble code. A call to the monitoring company confirmed they are still receiving a signal from the panel. The center has a work order in progress.
