Develop and implement a method to keep track of children wherein staff in the lunch room were aware of the number children in their care, stating the incorrect number having to count. At the time of the inspection staff was proceeding to take the children outside staff stated 25 children were in their care, but 23 children where present when counted.
Provide parents of all enrolled children with the center's telephone number in writing or by email and ensure this onsite telephone number provides parents with direct on-site contact during the center's operating hours.
