In addition to program managers, all child care staff who are responsible for the supervision of children, or who are necessary for the staff to child ratios, shall have on file documentation of completion of training in accordance with (b) below, which shall: Be completed within 90 days of the first date of employment.

The licensing coordinator's review of three staff files for professional development completed in 2025 revealed that one staff had 8 ½ hours of professional development, when 12 hours of professional development are required annually. Corrective action: 3.5 hours of professional development were competed through prosolutionstraining.com in 2025, somehow the certificates were posted 01/01/2026 which caused the certificates not being counted towards 2025. The customer service of prosolutionstrainig.com has been contacted and the issue has been resolved. The certificates were corrected and the corrected dates have been posted. In the future, the professional development certificates will be on site for the visit and staff will complete the appropriate hours each year.

The program shall post in a prominent location: The current license or permit, visible to parents or guardians, staff, and visitors.

The licensing coordinator observed that the current license and the most recent statement of findings were not posted. Corrective action: Regarding to the Current License, in general, the program keeps the current license posted on the wall. There was a mix up after the new license was issued which caused a delay in posting the new license. We will make sure every new current license gets posted immediately after being issued. Regarding to the most recent Statement of Finding, the most of the statements of finding are being posted up to 2023. The completed statement of findings for 1/10/2024 has never been received by the program even after the CAP was submitted and as of right now is not complete on DHHS website for downloading and reprinting. The unfinished 1/10/2024 statement has been replaced with the finished one (received 3/19/2026), printed and posted . The program will make sure to double check for updates more often moving forward. The visit of 6/25/2025 had no violations therefore no statement was required to be posted. In the future, if an issue is noticed when trying to download the SOF we will reach out for support.
