The licensing coordinator observed an epipen that did not include a prescription label. Corrective action: A new epipen in its original box with the prescription label was brought to the school. The epipen will be stored in its original box with the prescription label going forward.

The licensing coordinator observed an epipen that had expired on 8/2024. Corrective action: The epipen that was expired was replaced with one that is not expired. The epipen that was expired was returned to the family for disposal. The new epipen will be checked two times a year to ensure that it is replaced before it expires.
The licensing coordinator observed an epipen stored in the Director's office not in the child's classroom with the child. Corrective action: The epipen was moved into the child's classroom. Th epipen will remain in the child's classroom for the duration of the child's stay at our program.
