The licensing coordinator observed that toddlers were sleeping in two bedrooms without a staff member present in the bedroom, and there were no electronic monitors in use in lieu of direct supervision. Corrective action: I have purchased a video monitor for both rooms, and parents have signed permissions slips for monitor use.
