REPEAT CITATION PREVIOUSLY CITED ON JULY 18, 2023. The licensing coordinator's review of the child attendance in the infant room revealed 3 children had not been signed in. This constitutes a repeat citation and failure to comply with one approved corrective action plan regarding child attendance records. Corrective action: Center director will conduct a staff meeting to ensure that everyone knows the importance of making sure the attendance is accurate at all times throughout the day. Going forward, the center director or assistant will monitor the attendance for each classroom to ensure that everyone is continuing to maintain accurate attendance records.
