No less than 3 months prior to the expiration date of the current license, applicants for license renewal shall submit to the department the following through the “NHCIS” portal at https://new-hampshire.my.site.com/nhccis/s/login/?ec=302&startURL=%2Fnhccis%2Fs%2F or by using the forms in (1) though (6) below.
A license renewal application was not received three months prior to the license expiration date. A complete application was received on November 14, 2025, when the current license expires on December 31, 2025. Corrective action: The director was not aware that submitting the online application didn't count as complete. The director thought that sending the remaining paperwork later was not a problem. In the future, we have it on our Prescott Farm Google calendar to start the process in August on the next renewal year. It specifies on the calendar what needs to be completed and when.
