The licensing coordinator observed one staff member in the program whose background check was not submitted prior to employment. In addition, the licensing coordinator reviewed staff attendance records and determined one staff did not submit for a background record check prior to employment. Corrective action: It will be verified that all staff have done their back ground check for NH State Licensing, not DOE. Moving forward staff will not start working at programming with children until they show in NHCIS on the appropriate program roster as “eligible”.
