Except for nature-based programs that operate solely outside, programs shall conduct fire drills in accordance with the following: Programs that operate continuously throughout the year shall conduct at least one drill each month of operation.
The licensing coordinator’s review of the program's fire drill log revealed that no fire drill was conducted in October 2025. Corrective action: we conducted a fire drill on Monday November 17,2025 as our October fire drill and it was documented on my fire drill log. We will conduct another fire drill in November as well. we conducted a second fire drill on nov. 25th, 2025. we will continue to conduct one fire drill each month and document.
