Child care staff shall supervise every child in care at all times.
The complainant reported that two children were allowed outside the program without adult supervision. Staff A, B, and C confirmed that the children were let outside of the program by a staff member without an adult during pick-up time. Corrective action: Only full time or approved staff will dismiss children and only when the parent, guardian or approved parties have checked child out and there is a conversation with the parent or guardian picking up the child at the designated pick up area.
