During the 06/27/2022, a child information card was not available for Child A who had been enrolled since 2/14/2021.

On 06127/2022 an unannounced, on-site joint inspection was made with We arrived at e home at 9:30 and €rs privately spoke with Kayla "arris and reviewed the allegations with her. Mrs. Harris shared that Child A was currently present and pointed him out. He was observed to be interacting with Don Harris and the other childcare children. Mrs. Harris was not aware that a complaint had been filed, however she is familiar with the incident indicated in the allegation. Mrs. Harris shared that she has known Child A and his family for years and previously cared for Child A's oldest sibling, who is now in high school. There is another sibling, Child B (3-year-old, female) who also currently attends the childcare. Child A and B have been enrolled since February 2021. Mrs. Harris reported that Child A typically attends the daycare three days a week from 6:30 AM to between 4:00 and 5:00 PM. Child A and B's parents share custody, and the children attend childcare on the days they are with their mother has him. Mrs. Harris indicated that Child A and B's Father has indicated that he did not want his children attending the childcare. However, he recently requested they be able to attend childcare on the days Child A and B are in his care. Once he was changed, Child A sat down for a few minutes before he went back to playing. Child A was picked up about 30 minutes later by his father. When Child A had the accident, Mrs. Harris thought about texting his mother, however, did not because he was getting picked up shortly and knew that his father was on his way. Mrs. Harris shared copies of text messages between herself and Child A's Father that were dated 2/7/2022. The text conversation was as follows: Child A's Father: Hey, I just read your contract and I think just letting you know the days on Saturday pertains to me. This Saturday I will do that. But I didn't know until now and Child A and Child B will be needing daycare tomorrow and Friday for my part. Mrs. Harris: Ok yea and Sunday is good.
